Brief Description: finalize shape and position of bottom rib of fin
finished shaping the bottom rib of the vertical fin. decided to set it at a position which will leave about an inch of skin below it, so I can install anchor nuts there to support a fairing between the fin and the horizontal stabilizer. Rivetted that rib into place.
