Brief Description: make upper rib and assemble to fin spar
Made a form block for the upper rib in the fin. deburred all rivet holes and edges on fin spar, reassembled fin spar. made the upper rib and integrated it into the fin spar, placed that subassembly on the tail cone waiting for other empenage components to be ready for on-assembly drilling as per plans and manual.
