Brief Description: top and bottom skins, trailing edge temporarily in
This wing tip has really been a struggle, but made some good progress today Top and bottom skin and trailing edge are now in place using 3/32nds clecos, and as few of them as possible. Need to get the leading edge into place while the whole assembly is still kind of flexible. That is so that I can clamp it perfecly level before updrilling to 1/8 inch clecoes. Then the whole thing has to be disassembled for deburring, then reassembled for rivetting.
