I was visited by a friend from EAA, who inspected my spars and also checked over my practice riveting pieces. Rick Stockton, from the EAA local chapter in Sacramento gave me lots of good advice about how to proceed. Rick said I am generally on the right track, neet to do some more deburring and edge smoothing, plus radiusing the corners of the rib attach angles. He also suggested that I squeeze the rivets rather than trying to drive them. I currently have two yokes for my rivet squeezer, but neither one of them will properly reach around the spar caps to squeeze those rivets. I'll be looking on the internet tomorrow for a third yoke with the proper geometry.
