Brief Description: applied hi-build primer to interior of mold
I did quite a bit of additional sanding with a variety of different sanding tools. I decided against doing any more filling, because most of the sanding I needed to do was removing excessive filling which I had recently done with microballoons. after smoothing as much as I could, I applied a coat of "Hi-build sandable primer", which does make it look much better. There are still a few imperfections here and there, but I do feel that it is now good enough to go forward to the actual layup. Tomorrow I will final-sand the primer, then apply multiple layers of the mold-release wax, topped off with the PVA mold release agent.
