Brief Description: finished welding on motor mount
At long last I am finished with welding on the motor mount. Removing one of the flat sides of the welding fixture and replacing it with a frame of angle irons gives me much better access for welding joints I could not get to from the outsides of the fixture. The cosmetic appearance is not great, but I feel very sure the welds are sound and the motor mount will perform fine in the air. Tomorrow I will test it in my stress fixture.
