This was another long, long day but I finally completed rivetting all the way to the outboard end of the left wing. all that remains is to install the nut plates for the 8-32 screws that will hold the fiberglass end caps, and that will have to wait for another couple of shipments from Aircraft Spruce. Today's work included final drilling of the last few holes, disassembly and deburring of all skins and spars, reassembly and rivetting. This was a little more difficult than it might have been, if I had completely finished the wings on the table, before installing them on the plane. That might have been smarter in some ways, but it has been really motivating to see the wings installed. It really looks like an airplane now, and that is worth a bit of extra effort in terms of doing some work overhead while laying on the ground.
