This was a long day but felt like significant progress. Got the entire outboard wing panel on the right side deburred. Got most of it rivetted too. Finally made the decision to attach the prefabricated fiberglass ends using 8-32 washerhead machine screws instead of rivets so I preserve the option of adding or changing wingtip lights. For now, the wires are just coiled inside the fiberglass tips. I had to leave that area in cleoes because I don't have enough of the tiny countersunk rivets that attach the nut plates for the 8-32 screws. speaking of rivets, in one place I found I had absolutely no access to get a rivet puller in place, so I had to use a small cap screw with nylock nut in its place. lesson for next time, is every time you drill a rivet hole, consider how you're going to access that rivet to pull it or drive it.
