Brief Description: spun up new engine to oil cylinder walls.
I have been worried about my new engine sitting Idle, so I decided to hook up a battery to the starter and spin it just to keep the cylinder walls nicely oiled. I removed the top spark plugs, put in a tablespoon or two of oil in each, and spun the engine with the starter. I had the oil pressure sensor and gauge hooked up and got a good reading about 50 psi on that. Also used a hair drier to heat up the oil temperature sensor and got a reasonable reading on it as well.
