Brief Description: Placed standoffs into assembly jig and aligned it
Used motor mount 1.0, the first draft, as a gauge to verify positions of the standoffs on the two halves of the assembly jig. Once I was happy with the placement of all the standoffs on the engine side and the firewall side, the next step was aligning those two sides and using all-thread rod to fix them in position relative to each other...flat, parallel, and a consistent distance apart. Tomorrow's task will be cutting the eight tubes and forming the proper angles and bevels on their ends.
