Decided to remake the bottom of bulkhead F 9. it was flat on the bottom, but the skin really wants to be round in that area, so I am going with it. Taped together a bunch of segments of file folder paper in the shape the skin wants to take, then traced that shape onto a piece of poster board, which I then used to make a forming block. The new frame fits real nice. I also raised the fuselage up on concrete blocks so I can get in under it to drill and cleco the overlap of bottom skin to center section.
