Brief Description: continuing work on form blocks and aluminum blanks
making good progress on the fuselage bulkheads. All of the form blocks are now cut out to the shape of the aluminum blanks (including flanges). About thre fourths of the aluminum blanks are cut out, will cut out the rest tomorrow. Then the next step will be to take the form blocks back to the band saw, cut off the flange allowances, and dress the edges for forming the flange bend radius. Still need to cut out some backing boards to clamp the aluminum to the form blocks while bending. I have seen other builders use plywood for that, not sure if I will use plywood or leftover MDF. I do have enough MDF left over to use it for backing boards, not sure if there is any specific reason to use plywood.
