Brief Description: buildt an assembly table for the hangar at the air
I built an assembly table for the hangar and used door hinges to attach a 2 X 6 for further bending of the aileron skins. I used this to bend the skins from about 90 degrees to about 30 degrees. and then used hand pressure to bend the skins into final shape. The bend at the trailing edge of the ailerons is about 15 to 20 degrees, which you can't seem to get from a brake. anyway, the aileron skins are now nearly ready for riveting. I need to review the manual and see if there is a center rib, or if the end ribs are all I need.
