Brief Description:  recovered from the drill bit snapped in the hole

For awhile I kept trying to drill through the stuck piece of drill bit, stepping up in drill sized to 13/64. sometimes it seemed like I would gain a few thousandths of an inch before needing to stop and sharpen the drilling bit. Other times it seemed like I was making no progress at all. My drill doctor was getting a real workout. Then I went up to the local hardware store looking for a drill bit harder than the titanium nitride bits I have been using. I paid $9 for a cobalt 7/32 bit, figuring this was my last hope. It worked...the cobalt drilled through the titanium nitride and steel, and finally I finshed the last hole I need through these steel/aluminum laminations. This was a big relief to me. With this bolt in place, I consider that the dihedral angle is now set. I do still need to step drill the wing attach bolt holes up from their current size of one-quarter inch to the final size of one-half inch.
