Brief Description:  debur & polish spar web

after considering the amount of effort involved in mounting the rib attach angles, I decided not to do that until I know if the spar web is going to be usable. I disassembled the spar, and began polishing the web to try to "heal" the surface and polish out the scratch. You can only polish for a limited amount of time, because the aluminum heats up due to the effects of the polishing. So between polishing sessions, I deburred the rivet holes in the spar web, spar caps and 2024 reinforcing bars. At this point I am not sure if the web is going to be usable or not. As can be seen in image 3, the web is polished to a mirror finish, and the scratch is beginning to diminish, but it is still clearly visible running from my right hand toward the upper left corner of the picture. I'll continue polishing tomorrow and make a decision then.
