'I just knew it was cock eyed...Pt 2'

Well the rear upper steel plate doesnt fit no matter which way you spin the tubes or orient the tubes, so I am at a bit of a loss, you can fit 3 of the four bolts in without any problems normally, but because (depending if the (what I think anyway!) incorrectly drilled or 'Tetris' piece isnt in the right spot it just doesnt line up properly!), why I hear you scream! Why are you trying to get this together when the build book states put the rudder on first, BECAUSE! I'm assembling by myself most of the time and trying to get the rudder fin on first bolted to various bits and peices and then trying to get it aligned while trying to put those crush spacers in is going to be impossible, so I am trying to get it all to fit together nicely, so there wont be to much swearing!

I rebuilt the Longeron to Forward cabin mounts (Three bolts two spacers and some nuts) when I assembled it the first time I suspected that because I needed the mallet to put one of the bolts in that perhaps it wasnt assembled properly in the factory, I was right, wish some jigging and swapping of parts backwards and fowards I found that there seems to be handing and drilling that has been put into each one of them, this has been sorted out, now they are fitting 100% better. Another thing of note there seems to be two different bolts that where used in the front supports, I am unsure why, even on the lower support there are two different bolts, they are the same length, EXCEPT for 1 extra thread from what I can see, the only differenece is that the rear of the bolt sets has a tang on it, perhaps they needed a different bolt to cut down, perhaps when they made this kit there was a different bolt supplier in use and it just got mixed in like this, But interesting none the less, More on Website!
