Another Order from My friends at AS&S, in this order was a variety of just general items for purchase for the aircraft, being
1. Curtis Valve for the Rotax Oil Cooler
2. Saf-T-Block Driller, to allow me to drill holes in bolts for wiring wrapping, because I just know that I'm going to stuff it up otherwise!
3. Tube of 3M Fire Barrier Paste
4. Operating Range Decals -- Little bits of pre-cut vinal with White/Green/Yellow/Red so you can put this on your ASI, saves me having to spend hours to try and cut it out!
5. Various firewall Shields, a great idea for penetrations, this way you can cut X Sized hole, put the shield in place and assemble with cables and equipment, Quick and simple, and rather professional looking as well!
6. Couple of Glass Fuel filters, just the generic type that can stand upto 7PSI, I hope to put one before the pump OR as with the tecnams near the mechanical pump, when your hand spinning to get the oil up on the 912, its handy to see the mechanical working (pulling fuel) and to see if there are any problems with the fuel or sediment!
7. And the Falcon Sender for the Fuel Level Gauge.
All in all a couple of very handy little items, that cost a small fortune !
