Not many pictures of this. It took a lot of time to get both left and right ailerons/flaps lined up. In the end it turned out perfect. It also takes about 4 hands. Lots of drilling and cutting of the hinge itself. I slected to use the hinge cutout in the center and cut the hinge pin so it is two parts.
