Brief Description:  Aiuleron brackets are completely installed.

Aiuleron brackets are completely installed. The noo part from a day or two ago was because getting the pneumatic riveter in the tight quarters was difficult at best. The squeezer was hard because the AD470-4-7 rivets don't squeeze easily. Resorted to the rivit gun and bucking bar. They did okay, but many rivets had to be drilled out for various reasons. Finally, though the job was done and it looked great.

One should remember to round the bottom of the surface where the bracket meets the rear spar angle. Okay, I drilled some rivits out because i remembered too late. Note the dark green primer on the corner. This is where I remembered to countersink the hole, but it was too late so it got a shot zinc chromate primer. Shouldn't make a difference since it gets painted anyway.

Began the installation of the aileron and flap gap seals. The flap gap seal is filed, and scotchbrited around the edges, while the aileron gap seals are ready for that task. All holes were matched drilled except for the flap hinge.
