Brief Description: Back riveting the rudder stiffeners/skins
Both left and right rudder skins and stiffeners were riveted today. They came out great. No problems at all. The pre-riveting worrying about doing it right took longer than doing it. A few test rivets and a check with Bob about adjusting the back riveter solved the issue. Turns out there are no adjustments, it's just a matter of timimg the hits and amount of pressure applied. Every rivet was set just right. Who would have guessed it was that easy?
