There are alot of parts "packed" into these two boxes. I removed everything and then inventoried. In retrospect it would have been easier to check off each item as it is removed. Those small bags of fastners are deceiving. Again, alot of parts to go through.
I used a zip tie to collect the nuts and washers and keep them separated as well as tagged with the part no. and description.
The VS-808PP had a pretty good bow in it as you can see in image 3. I called Vans and they said it is fine. The warp is caused when the machine cuts the part. I could leave it alone and it will be pulled straight during installation. I did put some mild pressure along the bow to straighten the piece out and it is better now than before but still has some minor bend to it.
