Brief Description: Drilling the Vertical Stabilizer

Finally back to work after a long winter. Match drilled two holes in the VS-410PP upper hinge to spar. Reamed the remaining four holes. Fluted the VS704-707 ribs to straighten. Emery clothed the edges to smooth.
