Brief Description: Primer touch up, final step for horizontal stablil
After fixing the bad rivet, the bucking bar had scratched things up a bit. Unfortunately, one of the scratches was way up in the corner and it took awhile to get at it and smooth it out. I taped up the stabilizer and spray canned the area to touch it up. Horizontal stablilizer is complete (minus the fiberglass tips).
