Brief Description:
Cut out for avionics cooling fan
Completed the layout for the cutout and mounting holes for the avionics cooling fan in the upper forward fuselage skin.
Drilled the four mounting holes and a pilot hole in the center. Used a fly cutter to cut a 3 inch hole in the skin for the exhaust air. Deburred.
Bolted the fan and grill to the skin and clecoed the skin back on the fuselage to test the fit. Looks good.
Removed the skin from the fuselage and removed the fan and grill from the fuselage.
Final drilled the #40 and #30 holes along the LH and RH lower edges of the upper forward fuselage skin. Deburred all of the edges of the skin
