Removed the rear air vent from its mount and removed some of the material from the mount that was showing through the air vent hole in the rear stick boot. Removed the material using a sanding drum in the dremel tool. Replaced the rear seat vent,
Removed the control column mount and installed the LH rear floor. Replaced the control column mount.
Installed the rear stick boot and checked for clearance between the boot and rear stick wire harness. Determined the best position to bond on a click stud to support a clamp to hold the wire harness.
Removed all of the avionics from the main panel and stored them in their boxes. Removed the panel.
Laid out the position for drilling the three indicator lights. Fabricated a fixture to hold the panel in the drill press to facilitate drilling all three holes in a straight line parallel to the bottom of the panel. Carefully drilled each of the three holes starting with a #30 and working progressively up to the final 24/64" drill.
Deburred the holes and test fill the indicator LEDs. They fit well and are lined up perfectly (or close enough to my eyes). Removed the LEDs.
Scuffed, cleaned and primed the panel.
