Brief Description: Finished pilots' stick wiring and New Panel!!
Installed shrink tubing and mesh sleeve on the pilot's stick grip wire harness and reinstalled the D-sub pins in the CPC connector. This took some time to do because I used a multimeter to verify that I had the correct wires in the for each switch function in the correct holes in the plug. I connected the wires to the multimeter with test leads and operated the corresponding switch on the stick grip to verify that continuity.
Installed the strain relief on the connector and reinstalled the stick and wire harness.
I also received my panel blank from Stein Avionics. They laid out the avionics per my design, CNC cut it and installed nut plates and support angles on the back. I had to cleco it in the fuselage to check it out. It looks great but there is interference between one of the support angels the face of the LH side panel. I'll just have to notch the side panel for clearance.
