Drilled the holes in the T-405 rib reinforcement plate for outboard rib and match drilled LH and RH outboard ribs. Opened up vent holes in the center ribs of the LH tank to 1/2" diameter to aid in fueling. Used a dremel tool with a cutting bit for the rough cut and then a small sanding drum to open it up to the final size. The holes in the RH tank ribs were done previously. Cut relief notches in upper aft slot in LH rib ribs to prevent (or at least reduce) bulging in the skin. I used a dremel tool followed by a needle file and sandpaper. Smoothed the notched areas with a die grinder. The RH tank ribs had already been done.
Cut two small cover plates to be used to seal the tooling holes in the outboard tank ribs.
