Brief Description: Countersinking for tank attach screws
Began countersinking holes in spar for #8 tank attach dimples. Tried a # 8 countersink with an aluminum angle underneath for guidance but the hole on the bottom of the flange looked to big. Switched to Van's instruction method of first attaching the nutplate and using that as a guide for a #30 countersink. This method worked better and resulted in a better hole.
Used a dewalt cordless drill on slow speed for countersinking
