Brief Description: LH elevator and Horizontal Stab
Received the 5/32" rivets and rivet sets. Attempted to install a 5/32 rivet in the oversized hole in the LH elevator rib to spar flange but the rivet dumped over and the spar tab cracked. Drilled out the rivets holding the end rib assembly to the spar. Drilled out the rivets holding the two OB ribs together. Drilled out the rivets holding the inboard rivet to the spar. Ordered a new spar and small OB rib. The plan will be to assemble the small OB rib to the spar first and then rivet the larger OB rib to the small one.
Riveted the horizontal stabilizer rear spar to the horizontal stabilizer.
