Back to the LH horizontal Stab. Cut the tab on the replacement inboard forward rib. Reassembled the stab. Marked the location of the inboard ribs. Straighten and fluted the flanges on both inboard ribs. Drilled the holes through the aft flange of the forward inboard rib and the forward spar and doubler
