Cut and sanded the edge extention in the LH nose of the top cowl to acheive a 1/16" gap between cowl halves to allow for paint thickness.
Replaced the forward most front LH baffle seal for a better fit (still need to trim a little off the forward end)
Sanded/filed scarf joints on the inside of the aft edge of the upper cowl. Applied a few layers of electrical tape for a release layer, installed the upper cowl and filled the gaps that exceed 1/16" with epoxy/flox
