Began trimming the aft and aft/side baffles using the paperclip method which basically consisted of placing long rows of paperclips on the top edges of the baffles with about half their length above the edge. Then when the upper cowl was placed on top it pushed the clips down and they formed to the contour of the inside of the cowl. I then would draw lines on the baffles 1/4" down from the top of the paper clip to indicate where to trim. Then the paper clips were removed and the baffles were pulled off, trimmed and reinstalled followed by reinstallation of the paper clips and the top cowl. I did maybe 4 or 5 iterations of this process and it’s got a ways to go but you need to take a little off at a time to avoid trimming too much.
