Prosealed the fuel cap flanges and fuel sump flanges for both tanks. Riveted the sump drain flanges. Clecoed the cap flanges. I'll rivet them in a day for so. I also smoothed the squeeze out around the fuel cap and sump drain flanges to an even filet.
Deburred both LH and RH tank baffles. Masked off areas on baffle that will be prosealed and scuffed and cleaned the areas.
Clecoed the ribs to the baffles. Installed the snap bushings in the ribs that protect the fuel vent. Unrolled the 1/4 inch aluminum tubing and straightened the bends using the tubing bender. Cut the vent lines to shape and bent the two 45 degree bends per the plans so that the flanges would match up with the AN fittings on the inboard rib.
