Added 2.75 quarts of Vavoline VR1 20w50 oil as recommended by the engine manual.
I first added 2.0 quarts and waited several minutes to let it settle to the sump. I then cleaned and inserted the oil dip stick and marked the stick to designate the low point. Oh yes, the tail needs to be up like in level flight to accomplish this.
I added the additional .75 quarts and repeated above to mark the full point.
My dip stick needed some polishing and bur removal to make it more easily go in and out.
