Rudder cable pullies were installed as per the plans. In general this is simplified because the majority of the holes in the pully brackets and in the cross ties are pre-drilled. So align, cleco, updrill, disassemble, debur, reassemble, and finally rivet.
The pully brackets are also pre-drilled for the location of the puly mounting harware. However the predrilled holes need to be updrilled to the appropriate hardware sizes.
