Brief Description: Building the trim tab / left elevator
Trimmed off excess material from E-717 outboard trim tab horn and E-718 inboard trim tab horn. Deburred, dimpled and edge finished E-717 and E-718. Drilled and deburred E-701-L skin tabs. Rivet E-705 root rib to e-702L spar. rivet E-703/E-704 end rib assembly to e-702 spar. Rivet WD-605-1-L elevator horn to E-702 spar and E-705 root rib. Rivet E-713 counterbalance to E-701 skin. Two rivets on top and tow on the bottom. Clecoed L elevator skeleton to E-701-L skin. Deburred and trimmed end of trim tab side of hinge E-721. Clecoed and riveted E-701-L skin and E-713 counterbalance skins to L elevator understructure. Rivet E-701-L tab bends. Rivet E-606PP trim spar to E-701L on bottom flange. Rivet E-606 PP to E-705.
