Unclecoed left elevator assembly. Drilled, deburred, diimpled and riveted K1100-06 platenuts to E-615-PP trim access reinforcing plate. Dimpled E-713 for E-714 counterweight screw heads. Countersank top flange of E-606PP trim spar and dimpled the bottom flange. contersank aft face of E-606-PP trim spar for E-705 root rib attach. Machine countersank the E-705 attach holes on the forward face of E-702L spar. Beveled edges of E-713 counterbalance skin. Vinyl removed from E-701L trim tab cutout tabs. Bending blocks fabricated.
