Brief Description: Elevator finishing and empennage tips
Trimmed left HS skin to clear left elevator horn on top and bottom. Left elevator aligned with HS. Pilot drilled WD-605-1L elevator horn. Removed left elevator and final drilled elevator horn. Installed both elevators and checked all clearances. Removed left and right elevators. HS leading edge tips spaced from TE to LE at 31/100 then at 156/100 for a total of 4 rivet holes, 8/32" from edge. Drilled, deburred, and dimpled HS right tip. Countersunk HS-615-R fiberglass tip.
