Marked snorkel and cut door hole. Match drilled flange to snorkel. Bent and crimpled door stop tab. Installed bottom flange nutplate and drilled 1/4" recess in the snorkel. Dimpled and countersunk attachment holes on flange and snorkel. Bridged the flange gap with epoxy and flox. Edge finished VA-192B bypass door and countersunk cable attach hole on aft side.
