Reamed all 3 CableSafe II to 15/32". Now fits over all control cables. Drilled firewall for all three contorl cables and deburred. Fed cables through to throttle quadrant. Ended up disassembling / assembling quadrant three times. Cannot get full throw on levers. I'm done for today. Airplane wins!!
