Brief Description: Tried fitting the rear spar to the fuselage
I was starting to fit the center rear spar and noticed the left side sitting higher than the right. I removed the components, Aft Fuselage Vertical Channels F22-01 L & R and the F19-05 Cross Tie and laid them out on my bench. As you can see in the attached pictures, the top flange on the cross tie is not bent properly. The left side flange is about 1/8” narrower than the right. Because the flange is narrowed, the height of the flange is higher thus the left side of the top flange is about 1/8” higher than the right causing the rear spar to be higher on the left than the right. Since this is a critical part necessary to keep the trailing edge of the wing level, I will need a replacement.
Will notify SoneX today and hopefully get a replacement part coming.
