Brief Description: Trimmed rear VS angle bracket

Trimmed bracket to provide clearance for elevator linkage so I could get the required 25 degrees up motion before hitting the stop. I think I am finally ok on all the control surfaces and linkage as it applies to the rear fuselage section.
