Brief Description:  More work on rudder cable routing

Enlarged several rudder cable passthrough holes trying to get better clearance. Really not very happy with the routing and clearances. Tomorrow I plan to use a 1" hole punch and enlarge the passthrough in F22-02R & L. The plan hole location on the right side really needs to be moved outboard about 1/2", probably due to the plan relocation of the hole in the right vertical channel. I'll then insert some 1" snap bushings. I also plan to use some nylon tubing in the side skin cable exit slots. The ID of the tubing will be big enough to allow the cable to pass through it with out dragging. I'll use about an 8" length on each side, slit the tubing lengthwise and place it over the cable. I'll then use an Adel clamp on the inside to anchor the tubing, probably to the side skin with the other end extending about 1" outside the slot. The rudder cable fairing will cover the tubing and the tubing will prevent the cable from rubbing and wearing on any metal parts. This is what I did on my RV-9A and it works well.
