Updrilled and debured box brace components which is now ready for riveting. Will wait until I have match drilled box to splice plates and brackets so I can properly debur the parts after drilling. Enlarged the rudder cable slots in the side braces and added the 1/2" holes. Match drilled multiple horizontal / vertical brace intersections. Updrilled and reamed the seatbelt bracket to #5 bolt size, I have the #06 seat belts. Also clecoed the top formers to the side and horizontal braces to check fit.
Will probably work on the rudder pulley assemblies and the elevator idler assembly tomorrow.
