Used 20 ga 6061 and copied the 25 ga blank included in the kit. Built a jig and used a 1 1/2" dowel to bend the fairing. After I got the curve bent I bent the flanges. Came out OK but not perfect. Still waiting on my order from ACS with the 2 1/2" aluminum angle so I can make new trailing end root rib angle brackets for the OB wings. Should hopefully receive the parts this afternoon. Once I make the new brackets I can resume work on the OB wings, next step will be skining them.
