Brief Description: Updrilled HS frame & cleco'ed skin to frame
Updrilled HS frame & cleco'ed skin to frame: Will next updrill the skin to the frame, then disassemble, deburr and get all parts ready for final assembly. Have not yet test fitted the tips but will do that before riveting the skin. Also need to centerline mark the two inside nose ribs and match drill them. Same for end ribs when fitting the tips.
Need to be careful when assembling the frame, the center two ribs need to be in place before riveting outter ribs otherwise may not be able to insert them into position. Also need to be careful riveting the inside nose ribs, may be problem getting puller in place. Finally need to be sure and install and torque the several AN3 bolts holding the center ribs before riveting skin since the nuts will no longer be accessible once the skin is riveted.
