Brief Description: Located parts and started work on the empennage
Located parts and started work on the empennage. Wanted to start on the elevator and rudder but a key rib needed for both had been back-ordered on the parts list. Only a few items had been BO'ed, unfortunately the ribs for the empennage control surfaces were one of them. Will start making the hinges for the control surfaces instead. The drawings indicate you can work on just about any subsection at any time so having a BO'ed part should not slow up construction, just move on to some other section until the BO'ed part shows up.
