Brief Description: Front Spar Assembly / Preparing the Ribs
Finished up the Front Spar Assembly section which included match drilling the HS-710 and HS-714 reinforcement angles to the HS-702 front spar channels, shaping the reinforcement angles, making the 6-degree bends on the ends (after trimming the spar channels at the bend line), and dimpling / countersinking the 4 inboard rivet holes.
Also did the Preparing the Ribs section which included notching the HS-404 ribs and fluting the HS-706, HS-707, and HS-708 ribs. Then, all these ribs as well as the HS-405 ribs were edge finished.
