I finished up the rear spar today which included match drilling the reinforcement bars to the spar channels, match drilling all the elevator hinge brackets, and assembling and match drilling the bearing and its brackets. I also got my first chance to "wet assemble" or "fay seal" the bearing to its brackets. A bit messy but not nearly as bad as some people make it out to be. I plan on doing this through the build. I only plan on building this plane once and I am going to do it the way I feel is best, which also includes priming all the parts during assembly.
