It did not go as well as I hoped because two things surfaced. The first one was my canopy fram was too wide . I looked good felt right but it was not. Long story short I removed the rivets and shorten the width about 3/16" , so about 3/32" on each side.
I had also cut the side skin according to the drawing but when fitting the window, the end were too low to hold the window safely. As you can see in the second picture, I cut the part that was too low, on both sides, and made a new end piece , higher this time by 1", more than sufficient.
Finally I cut the big plexi in two piece, fitted and drilled the rear window and also started getting ready to drill the front portion. Lots of work and some progress but much slower than I expected.
